Service Description
Book luxury Cabo yacht charters for groups of up to 12 passengers aboard our meticulous 73' Hatteras motor yacht. This incredible vessel comes fully staffed with her captain, first mate, and second mate, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cruise. Embark on an unforgettable multi -day fishing adventure to Mag Bay, where double digit marlin hookups are common, enjoy a day of snorkeling in the clear waters of Chileno Bay, or take in one of Cabo's legendary sunsets on a private sunset cruise complete with cocktails and appetizers. Reservations require a 3-hour minimum booking and can be confirmed with a $500.00 deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation are not confirmed or guaranteed until receipt of deposit. Any remaining balance can be paid up to and including the morning of your charter via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or cash (Pesos or U.S. Currency). In the event that the port is closed by the port authority due to weather and/or conditions, guests have the option of either a full refund of any and all monies paid, or, can elect to move their charter to an alternate date. Cancellations by guests made within three days or less from charter will result in no refund of any monies paid. Cancellations by guests made between three and ten days prior to charter will result in a 50% refund of any monies paid. Cancellations by guests made 11 days or more prior to charter will result in a 100% refund of any monies paid. Refunds are not given for the following: *Guest seasickness *Guest no shows the day of charter *No fish caught *Being hungover or “food poisoning” Guests are financially responsible for any damage to vessel(s) and/or gear due to negligence or beyond normal wear and tear.
