New Cabo Resort To Open

The Cabo San Lucas landscape is changing, rapidly, as growth and development continue in order to meet tourism demand, which continues to grow.
Most recently, we learned that Mexico Grand Hotels, who currently operates the Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa, Vista Encantada Spa Resort and the Hacienda Encantada, will be opening a fourth and new Cabo resort, named Kadun, in the Medano Beach area. The boutique property is scheduled to open sometime in the fall of this year.
The property will have 110 rooms that will range from standard to deluxe accommodations with some large suites that will offer guests rooms with kitchenettes, outdoor jacuzzis, and private terraces. In addition, there will be an onsite wellness center, a signature restaurant on site, spa, cafe and deli. According to Mexico Grand Hotels officials, the vision for the property is "a refined yet grounded hospitality experience inspired by the surroundings and cultural history of Baja California Sur."
